Recently, Terence Kolstad took to Google+ to share a problem he encountered with VSS. He shared the experience on the social network so that other people might be able to benefit from his solution. He explained that he was having a VSS issue, and he had to open a case with Microsoft. According to Terence Kolstad, VEEAM told him that the problem he was having with VSS was an OS issue and not an issue with VEEAM. The initial solution VEEAM offered helped Terence Kolstad’s problem only partially, so he had to open a case with Microsoft in order to come up with a solution. He shares the solution on his Google+ profile.
